About the Opportunity

The Journalists in Residence Program is a transformative learning experience for journalists from around the world who are interested in deepening their understanding of the interactions between politics and the economy.

The program provides a transformative learning experience for journalists working in all forms of media around the world

Benefits of the Opportunity:

A stipend* of $12,000 to cover living expenses over the 12-week program
Training in business fundamentals at Chicago Booth
Participation in seminars and workshops at Chicago Booth and across the university
A Certificate of Completion
Reimbursement for economy-class airfare to/from Chicago and SEVIS and visa application fees
Amongst other Benefits

Criteria

Journalists with some years of media experience
Proficient English, and
An interest in deepening their knowledge and understanding of political economy

* Tell us more about your experience and interest in the field of economics and political economy and what you hope to learn in these areas.
