About the Opportunity:

The MakersHub is a free 5-month, flagship incubation programme for Artisan-based businesses, who receive 8 weeks of business training and 3 months of business support and master classes. The programme is powered by AG Makers and implementation partners which empowers small, informal and unstable businesses through a journey of stability, growth and success. The programme’s primary focus is on giving Artisans soft business skills such as financial planning, leadership, and marketing. These skill-sets enable business owners to catalyse Programme content includes:

• Business Training

• Financial Management Tools and Training

• Mentorship

• Access to Office Space

• Industry Expert Coaches

• Business Growth Funding Application

• Practical Business Resources and Support

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be between ages of 20-49 years

• South African Citizen or have permanent South African residency

• Must be self-employed or small business owner in the artisan field

• Must be able to commit to this part-time programme for 5 months
