The Tholoana Enterprise Programme is now open for applications! This is an 18-month development journey for committed South African entrepreneurs who are serious about growing their businesses and enhancing their leadership abilities.

The programme supports entrepreneurs with a structured business development process that includes: ✅ Business mentorship ✅ Strategy & planning support ✅ Market access opportunities ✅ Leadership & personal development ✅ Mental health and wellbeing services ✅ Business skills training ✅ Tools to improve sustainability and resilience

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must meet the following requirements:

• Business must be operational for 12 months or more

• Must be at least 51% Black-owned and managed

• Business must be based in South Africa

• Applicant must be working in the business full-time

• Must have relevant skills/experience to manage and grow the business

Special encouragement is given to:

• Women entrepreneurs

• Youth

• People living with disabilities

• Rural-based businesses
