Sasol delighted to announce the open call for applications for the brand new Sasol Women In Mining programme. Apply now to join the year-long programme that focuses on supporting women-owned mining businesses to accelerate growth through leadership development and intensive entrepreneurial support.

Sasol WIM offers South African women entrepreneurs, who have an early-stage mining business or start-up, a year-long opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and develop their business. The program aims to help them grow, scale, and prepare to attract investors. Starting in May 2023, Sasol WIM will begin with a series of masterclasses, which will be a hybrid of virtual and in-person sessions. The masterclasses will cover topics such as idea and business incubation, leadership development, funding, and pitch preparation. The program includes fully-funded, in-person entrepreneurship bootcamp-style masterclasses, workshops with experts in various fields, mentorship, and financial coaching. The program concludes in April 2024.
