About the Opportunity

The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) is a South African regulatory body responsible for overseeing lotteries and distributing funds to support various societal initiatives. Through the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund (NLDTF), the NLC allocates a portion of lottery proceeds to sectors such as charities, arts and culture, and sports and recreation. These funds aim to uplift communities by supporting non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and public benefit projects that address social challenges and promote development. The NLC's grant funding model emphasizes impact-driven support, ensuring that resources are directed towards initiatives that bring about meaningful and sustainable change in South African society
